Manufacture and supply of Pressed Steel Door frames of profile A/B of size 105 * 60 mm /125 * 60mm confirming to IS 4351 manufactured from prime quality bright CRCA steel sheets of 1.25 mm thickness including Hinges jamb, lock jamb, head and if required base tie and then mitred the corners, welded to the size as per specifications and fitted or welded with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 125 * 2.5mm and provided with mortar guards, shock absorbers and lock strike plate as specified and pretreated, phosphated and then applied with suitable primer and painted with two coats of polyurethene paint or alternatively with desired shades of powder coating. Measured in running metres.
Door shutters are made with section thickness 30/40mm to suit the rebate on Door frames, using frames of sections 30/40 * 75mm made of 20G CR sheets and then welded with 22G Louvered sheets as shutters, making provision for fixing Hinges, Aldrops/ Mortice Locks, tower bolts etc. and then pretreated, phosphated and applied with zinchromate primer / polyurethene painted as per specification.

pressed steel section 82* 60 / 62* 42/ * 1.25mm for window frames and 50 *
20 * 1mm for window shutters welded or assembled with butt hinges, adjustable
hold fasts, mortar guards, stay hooks etc. and if required welded or assembled
with grills as specified and then finally pretreated , phosphated and applied
with suitable primer and then applied with two coats of polyurethene paint
of desired colour or alternatively applied with powder coating. Measured in
square metres.

Rolled Steel section windows and ventilators: We also, manufacture and supply
Steel rolled section windows / ventilators in accordance with IS Specification
1038- using 'Z' section. Mulion and 'T' section as specified below. These
type windows are very low costs and are being used mainly in commercial buildings.
Section are cut to size, mitred and electrically welded to make frame and
shutter and both are assembled by using projected type bush hinges or butt
hings. They are supplied in primer coated condition.
